kko1 Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms. They are defined here for the reader's convenience:

• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to kko1 immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment, kko1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested if necessary:

• A copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Bank or mobile financial service account details.
• Proof of current address.

Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

• If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Users accessing the service from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of their own country.

Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on kko1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Users must deposit only from their own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• A deposit will be considered confirmed once the amount appears in the account.
• If there is a delay or issue with any transaction, please contact the support team.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds are generally sent within 1 hour after the request is approved.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Earnings related to bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Taxes or other applicable fees may apply where relevant; the user is solely responsible for these.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed.

• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus. A total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• kko1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirements of a bonus; if the requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as arbitrage betting or bonus hunting), the account may be closed and earnings forfeited.

• kko1 is the final authority on the interpretation of any bonus offer.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue (such as an internet disconnection), the outcome will be determined according to the server's records.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of an account:

• Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
• Playing games using any bot, script, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other users.
• Attempting to bypass any security measure on the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.

Account Closure by kko1

kko1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority.

Account Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team via live chat. It is advised to withdraw any available balance before voluntarily closing an account.
